ODInteriors has completed its divisional leadership appointments, with Luke Batten joining Mike Jones to lead the established Core division. Together, they’re set to drive a robust, and trusted business unit consistently delivering outstanding results.
As well as a dedication to delivering fast, high‑quality CAT A and CAT B fit‑outs and refurbishments ranging from £500K to £10M, Core is solutions‑focused. Clients come to the division with specific operational challenges, and the team delivers the technical answer.
Whether it’s phasing an AC replacement, delivering specialist laboratory works, renewing WC’s and welfare areas, or executing targeted safety upgrades, the team is able to plan around programme, governance, and risk profile.
Blending practical buildability, rigorous commercial control, and clear communication, Core understands how to operate in live, occupied environments and can coordinate specialised, diverse works without disruption.
Luke joins as Divisional Director, “a company that’s a good fit has always been important to me,” he says, “and ODGroup certainly fits that brief. The opportunity Core presents, both for growth and in applying my 15-plus years of experience, is really exciting.”
For Mike, Divisional Commercial Director, partnership is equally vital. “Luke and I will work closely to bring the division to its full potential and that starts with genuine collaboration, which we built straight away.”
With Mike’s 20 years of commercial experience and focus on strong relationships, teamwork, and trust, the pair are setting solid foundations. ‘A trusted, happy team delivers great work,’ he says — a principle that will define Core’s culture of transparency, honesty, and accountability.
