The process
From the point you engage us with your project, we’ll take you on a journey to your new workplace. The end result will improve productivity, wellbeing, retention of staff and create the right aesthetic in line with your brand. Three phases will take us from initial discussion to completion.
1. Briefing
A fact-finding mission. Here we’ll converse with key members of your team and explore your business, space and needs. We’ll try to take your knowledge and translate it into a list of requirements. These requirements will then inform the next phase of the process: Design.
2. Design
This is the main event. We’ll challenge the brief and push you outside of your comfort zone to make sure the end result is future-proof. This is the phase where space, technology and people are considered in parallel to create an outstanding office solution.
3. Construction
Visuals, materials, costs, timescales and plans have all been agreed. So now – we build. We use our tried and tested, seven-stage assessment process that makes sure everything is completed on time and on budget. And once the project completes, you’ll enjoy our full, comprehensive aftercare service.
