Office refurbishment is the process of renovating or updating an existing office space to improve its functionality, aesthetics, or both.
Our CAT A service involves the development of the essential elements of a space, ready for a tenant to add their specific requirements whilst helping landlords maximise their rental income.
Structural refurbishment is where we renovate or upgrade the core structural elements of a building to improve its stability, functionality, or aesthetic appeal.

The process
From the point you engage us with your project, we’ll take you on a journey to your new workplace. The end result will improve productivity, wellbeing, retention of staff and create the right aesthetic in line with your brand. Four phases will take us from initial discussion to completion.
1. Comprehension
We need to understand all the elements behind the project. We need to understand your objectives, your business dynamic, your needs; ultimately – your vision for the space and future.
2. Selection
Here we interrogate the design before selecting the appropriate specialists – trusted subcontractors who we know will deliver on time and on budget.
3. Planning
Now we set the standards for the project, create the plan and get all parties to buy into it before we begin. At this point you’ll have firm timescales and expectations, safe in the knowledge that the highest standard will be delivered.
4. Construction
Time to ‘do the do’. Simple right? Not quite. We have concise quality management systems in place which will make sure high standards are achieved throughout the project. These processes comply with industry standards and compliance is mandatory for all contractors.
