ODInteriors were appointed to deliver Uncommon’s new flagship co-working space. The scheme, located in the London Borough of Camden required close communication with the local authority and neighbouring residents.

The project consisted of extensive remodelling of the building with considerable demolition and a reorganisation of the internal space to give maximum flexibility for future occupation. Demolition and core alterations were carried out from the existing basement to the 8th floor, working progressively down the building from top to bottom.
