This project consisted of a Cat B fit out to create new research and development space for Rolls Royce engineering staff, situated over three floors. The building remained fully operational throughout the works and careful management of logistics ensured minimal disruption for the client.

Quality critical works included specialist MEP, bespoke joinery and specialist lighting.
