Working with Savills, ODInteriors was appointed to deliver a Cat B fit out from landlord shell & core to new offices and a laboratory on the Imperial University Campus, White City for Quell Therapeutics.
With a key focus on the number of M&E services needed for the laboratories and freezer/store rooms, getting the placement of the services was crucial on the small site.
Due the building being occupied, noisy works were limited to early hours of the day and evening which meant that the start of the construction stage had to be heavily monitored and planned to the minute to make sure the tight deadline was achieved.
