When the International Investment experts were looking to relocate a number of staff to their new office they required a high end fit out to create an exceptional space for staff and clients. ODInteriors provided a soft landing period and aided client migration to ensure a smooth transition for Orbis and their staff.

The award winning Grade II listed building is located in a busy location next to Marylebone Station, which presented a number of significant challenges. ODInteriors developed a clear logistics strategy and neighbourhood liaison to manage activity in and around the site. The noise and vibration issues faced in the basement and ground floor, due to the close proximity of the tube line, were mitigated by the use of double glazed partitions, specialist floating floors and stud rail systems.
