ofi (formally Olam) are a global leader in food and beverage ingredients. They provide F&B manufacturers with natural and sustainable products and ingredients.
Their purpose to ‘Be the change for good food and a healthy future’ drives all that they do so naturally it was a key part of their approach in creating their new workplace. ofi took space on the 5th floor of the Adelphi building, on the London embankment. A prime location in an iconic art deco building seemed like a fitting place to work for the brand.

ODCreate built on the design from Hassell from Stage 2 of the design process. We took the project from there until Stage 5, delivering Hassell’s vision for the space.
To fit with ofi’s sustainable ethos, some of the previous tenant’s furniture was incorporated into the design and furniture from ofi’s previous office space at New Zealand House was also brought in to give it a new lease on life.
To ensure communication was clear and consistent we had a weekly coordination meeting with Hassell and our client, making the building process smooth and efficient.
Any on-site design/construction challenges were addressed on-site during meeting and resolved to mitigate downtime and maintain programme of works.
ofi were able to move into their new space on time thanks to systematic planning and communication. The space has been completely refurbished to create a space that reflects ofi’s brand and ethos.
