Asset management firm M&G were looking to redevelop their 70,000 sq. ft. site at Stockley Park in order to optimise the value of the property and reposition the building as an outstanding head office style building that would cater for a range of premium occupiers.

We carried out the high end Cat A fit out, refurbishment works and structural alterations across multiple floors, reception and core to completely revitalise the property and align it with M&G’s expectations. Early novation and close collaboration with the client consultant team allowed ODInteriors to develop the scheme with M&G and deliver several Value Engineering options.

The project achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
