Meadows Business Park is comprised of four buildings in Blackwater Camberley.
The first phase of the project focused on the internal and external refurbishment of buildings two and three, including office extensions, a new café, WC refurbishment and CAT A fit-out of the office space.
The second phase of the project took place in building one of the business park. The works comprised of an atrium extension to the building entrance, WC refurbishment and CAT A fit-out to the office space including full service replacement. For this phase, we are aiming to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, and EPC A.
