ODWorks delivered the CAT B fit-out of the 5th floor on behalf of Maven Securities, a technology trading firm based in the city. All works were delivered within 7 weeks, within budget and with zero defects.
Maven later acquired the 3rd floor of the same building to accommodate their growing number of staff, for which ODWorks were appointed to deliver a further CAT B fit-out.
Both projects were of a similar scope and comprised the creation of a new boardroom, meeting rooms and comms room with the provision of new wall mounted split air conditioning units, as well as a new copy area and tea point/breakout space.
