ODInteriors has delivered a number of projects for the Institute of Chartered Accountants Grade II listed building using a phased methodology.

Due to shared access routes with members, staff and visitors as the building remained in occupation, an effective logistics strategy was key. ODInteriors worked closely with the building management team to communicate works with look ahead schedules. Works were clearly segregated, a clean secure site was maintained and professional attitude was upheld at all times.

Noisy and disruptive works were agreed in advance and carried out on an out of hours basis. Flexibility and good communication were key to creating a business as usual environment for all at Chartered Accountants Hall.
