ODInteriors was tasked with the CAT B fit-out of the 10th floor as an additional space to complement the existing 2nd, 5th and 6th floors.
The initial CAT B scheme and the excellent working relationship forged between the client and ODInteriors team, led to an extensive negotiated day 2 project. FactSet instructed ODInteriors to undertake a restack of the now redundant reception and training space on the 5th and 6th floors as well as upgrading and re-planning various areas of the existing floors.
