ODCreate, together with Kibre, delivered the full Design & Build Cat B fit out for Dawn Capital, a venture fund business focused on Enterprise Software and Fintech. The project brief was to create a modern office environment in keeping with the Cat A design of the building.

  • Open plan working areas
  • Double glazed crittall partitions, solid walls and black laminate drawings

  • Modifications to mechanical and existing lighting
  • Alterations for fire alarm system
