OCI based in London is part of OCI Partners LP, which is a Delaware limited partnership that owns and operates OCI Beaumont, one of the largest integrated ammonia and methanol production complexes in the United States, located in Beaumont, Texas.
ODInteriors completed a 5,000 square foot, high specification Cat B fit out of the 5th floor in the prestigious Berkeley Square. We later returned to fit out 2,700 sq ft of space on the 6th floor which includes open plan working space, 4 individual office, 1 luxury office for the branch’s COO, 2 conference rooms fitted out with full integration AV systems as well as a tea point and a printing room.
All details were the highest quality, including Italian glass, high spec lighting systems and bespoke joinery.
This was a logistically challenging project requiring extensive logistical management of road closures. Despite this we delivered a space that has a luxurious, yet warm feel with state of the art technology and acoustics.
