The Connection - Neighbourhood update

Welcome to the ODInteriors neighbourhood update for The Connection.

This newsletter is designed to keep our neighbours informed about the progress of works on site.

You’ll find key dates, general project information, and details about what to expect in the weeks ahead. We’ve also included contact information should you like to get in touch.

What’s the project?

The area will undergo a significant refurbishment and repositioning exercise to make these buildings best in class offices. The refurbishment will include improved onsite amenities such as a new lakeside restaurant, fitness centre, landscaping improvements.

Potential Noisy Works

Slab cutting works will continue week commencing the 29th September, which we feel are the noisiest element during the project, although on-going construction works will continue in Clarke House.
