Our client is a very high-functioning private equity firm that invests in businesses worldwide at the top of their respective markets.
Our client is interested in key industries where growth can withstand the economy’s fluctuations, including business services, food and consumer, general industrials and healthcare. The firm decided to move into 78 St James’ Street and was keen to undertake a full CAT B fit-out of the entire third floor. With a headcount of 65 and 14,000 sq ft of space, our client needed an office environment that could hold a reception area, 21 cellular offices, 7 meeting rooms and an open-plan workstation to accommodate 42 individuals.
