Health and well-being were key considerations on-site to deliver a project which is enabled for future assessment to the WELL Building Standard. The ODInteriors team worked on-site to manage pollutants that could impact indoor air quality throughout the works. This included dust control measures, the sealing off of ductwork connections and designing out the need for high VOC products through COSHH Assessments and materials checks. The project embraced circularity by retaining and refurbishing 80% of the existing raised access floor.
