This project consisted of a phased fit out and refurbishment of the ground floor and basement area for Fidelity Investments. The works were carried out with Fidelity staff still in full occupation and were phased to allow the existing meeting rooms to be remain in use, whilst the old restaurant area was stripped and reconfigured into five new meeting rooms. On completion of this phase the area was handed over for use whilst the existing meeting rooms were reconstructed.

The refurbishment transformed the existing meeting rooms and an old restaurant area into modern meeting rooms, audio visual rooms, audio visual store, pantry and furniture store on the ground floor. New shower and changing facilities were also constructed for staff in the basement.
