ODInteriors were appointed to deliver a CAT A fit-out for office spaces located at Ely Place in Farringdon. The works were carried out over 3 floors and the main reception, including a strip-out, resulting in all new electrical and refurbished mechanical set-up, new lightings and ceilings, new timber floors and fire-rated glazed doors.

The team overcame a number of challenges relating to flooring levels and operating on a live site. ODInteriors re-routed the entrance to the main building whilst works continued to the reception, allowing ease of access for staff on site. “We have managed to get to a point in reception, in an open building, with not very many hiccups with the building – navigating a live site”.
Minimal noise disruption was essential to the client, with a recording studio in full operation beneath the live site.
