ODInteriors were recently contracted on a Design & Build basis to fit out this new lab facility. Works included:
- Wet Chemistry Laboratories
- Dry Laboratories
- Microscopy Laboratories
As the building was originally an office space, a significant change of use was required. The draw on incoming services for a lab are almost double that of a normal office space.
ODGroup invest heavily in the pre-construction phase, to reduce potential issues later in the project. By involving our Laboratory Services Consultant at an early stage, our designers are armed with the limitations of the space and design a robust services strategy from the start.
