We maintain a quality management system meeting the requirements of EN ISO:9001:2015 and our Quality Manual defines our objectives and key procedures in this area. We place particular importance on delivering customer service excellence, with employees receiving training so everyone fully understands how to treat people. The requirements of ODGroup’s quality system are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility to comply. To ensure we maintain our high standards and make improvements, our quality system is regularly reviewed and subject to an annual audit.
